Rubber/Elastomer business is the core of our full business portfolio. We are specialized in compound recipe development, product designing, compression molding, injection molding, extrusion, microwave curing & salt bath curing, certification service & trading service of various rubber/elastomer products;

The main material includes: EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR, FKM, HNBR, ACM, AEM, CR & Silicon. Most of production use the imported raw material, nontoxic & pollution-free additives;

Main products include: O-ring, Rubber Seals, Foam Products, Sealing Strip & Sponge Strip; 

Our rubber/elastomer products can be widely used in Railway Transportation, Automotive, Engine, Ships, Petroleum, Chemical, Tunnels, Military, Machinery, Sanitary, Natural Gas, Solar Energy, Aerospace, Mining & Fire-protection. 

To meet the special industrial requirement, some products also passed the certificates as KIWA, CE, VDS, DVGW, WRAS, ACS, KTW/W270, UPC, watermark, (GAD)90/396/EEC, (BED)92/42/EEC, (CPD)89/106/EEC, CSA, UL, NSF61, GASTEC Qa; CB, VDE & RoHS.

Both our own and contracted facilities are all equipped with professional R&D team, advanced manufacturing equipment and inspection equipment. All of them passed ISO 9001 certificates, and some of them even passed ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001.
