Our plastic business has the most resources in our business portfolio from mold designing, mold manufacturing, pilot production to injection processing. Our experienced products are widely used in applications: Automobile, Medical, Household Appliances, Communication, Electronics and Office Equipment.All of our plastic project development is processed strictly per APQP and PPAP requirements to ensure molds manufacturing and injection process to quality results. We have an intensive mold design and product design capabilities. Our main engineering softwares are: Pro-E, UG and AutoCAD.

Main raw material for plastic molds: 718, 718H, S136, NAK80, P20, SKD61 and H13. 

Main raw material for plastic products: ABS, PP, PE, PS, PU, PC, PVC, POM, PA, PMMA and material per customers’ requirement. 

Available surface finishing types for plastic products: Matte, Glossy, Texture, Coating, Chrome Plating.  

As a one-stop service, we also can offer value-added finishing service for injection products like Painting, Silk-screen Printing, Ultrasonic Welding, Packaging and Simple Assembly.
